There are many factors that will affect the price of your wedding catering and these include the number of guests, the style of food, the staff levels that are required, the location of your wedding and the equipment available at the venue.

We love to hear all about your plans for a magical wedding day, and only after we understand these requirements, we then produce exact pricing for your special day. We will provide a comprehensive quote which includes the catering prices per person, which allows you to understand how the price will vary based on the number of guests.
Lovejoy Catering and Events Wedding Packages
At Lovejoy Catering and Events we understand that you will want to make your wedding day unique and we offer a variety of bespoke wedding catering packages to make this possible. Each package includes everything that you need for excellent wedding catering. For example, our three-course menu wedding package includes crockery, cutlery, waiting staff, kitchen staff, tablecloths, linen napkins, a tea and coffee station, kitchen equipment, set-up, clean-up and all deliveries. Our packages ensure you can rest assured everything is being managed and that there are no hidden costs.
As each wedding is unique it is difficult to provide an exact catering cost per person however the prices set-out below provide a guide:
Wedding package- 4 canapés, three-course meal and evening option - from £45 per person (inc. VAT)
Three-course wedding breakfast - from £37 per person (inc. VAT)
Two-course wedding breakfast - from £30 per person (inc. VAT)

Barbecues and Hog Roasts Hog roasts and barbecues are popular choices for both wedding breakfasts and evening receptions and are often less expensive than a formal sit-down dinner.
Prices start at £10 per person.
Afternoon Tea Afternoon tea wedding catering packages have become a lot more popular over the last few years and are a great alternative to a three-course sit-down meal. Enjoy the formality of having the afternoon tea served by waiting staff or the more informal atmosphere provided by a buffet afternoon tea.
Prices start at £15 per person.
Bar Services Lovejoy Catering and Events also offer a range of drink and bar services to accompany our wedding food options. Packages include a fully-licensed full-service bar. The range of packages available will ensure all of your requirements are met.

This discussion allows our experienced and helpful team to run through your plans and help you decide which catering option would work best for your day and your budget.
