On-the-Day Coordination is perfect for you if:
You have planned most of your wedding and want to be able to pass your wedding planning over to a professional planner who can run your day so you can enjoy the run-up to your wedding and the day itself!
You don't want to be carrying a clipboard and bouquet on your wedding day asking where to set up... timings etc.
My On-the-Day Coordination service begins 1 month before your wedding date
(however from the moment you book, I will be available for ad-hoc support and advice)
A Poppy Sienna 'On-the-Day Coordination' always begins with the details document you complete. For me, this is important so that not only I can interpret your vision and understand the entirety of your day, but you can also see all of your ideas on paper and confirm that this truly is what you imagined. At this stage, I often suggest elements that you may have never thought of and get in touch with all of your suppliers to introduce myself.
Between then and the 1-month official start date, I am available for ad-hoc support and advice.
1 month prior
1 month prior to your wedding date I officially begin my
On-the-Day Coordination service.
We will organise a site visit and in-depth meeting to run through your day in detail so that I can create your timeline & logistics document and ensure that nothing is amiss!
Between then and your wedding date, I work tirelessly to ensure that no stone is left unturned, that your suppliers fully understand how your day is running and that all the logistics of your wedding date are perfectly aligned.
All of our hard work is shown when it finally reaches your wedding day. I bring a skilled team with me to ensure your day goes off without a hitch. We are the first ones to arrive and the last ones to leave, ensuring that the set up of your wedding is exactly as it should be, personally ensuring that all cutlery is straight, chairs are all in line and you & your guests will walk in and be wowed.
Throughout the day, we subtly work for you to greet your guests and guide them throughout the day, be there to pick up your dress, adjust your veil and see guests off at the end of the night, whilst packing down and ensuring that everything has been perfect for you.
I charge a set fee which is determined by the size, complexity and length of your celebration.
Investment begins at £1500
